A: Why can’t I see my listing after signing up?

Spriiing validates the data of businesses in order to give users of our marketplace the greatest value and most appropriate search results. If your business listing doesn’t appear in the search results in 24hrs, please use the form below to contact us or speak with your designated Spriiing Entrepreneur.

A: How do I find my login details?

During the sign-up process, you receive an email from Spriiing with your username and password. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders and mark Spriiing as a safe sender so you don’t miss out on important information. If you don’t see anything in your spam or junk folder, use the contact form below and we’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible.

A: How do I update my detail

To edit your details you need to log into your account and visit the edit page at spriiing.africa/edit.

A: How do I add my products/services?

To add your product/services, log into your account page and go to your organisation page. Once there you will see a button to add your products. Click the button and fill in the details and you will be redirected back to your organisation page and your product will be listed.

A: How do I upgrade my account from Basic to Premium?

To upgrade to premium you need to log into your account and then signup for the premium package.
